Automatic Capital Additions Clause

AUTOMATIC CAPITAL ADDITIONS CLAUSE #

The insurance by this Policy shall, subject to its terms and conditions extend to cover:

• Any newly acquired buildings, machinery, and other equipment in so far as the same are not otherwise insured, and
• Alterations, additions, and improvements to buildings, machinery, and other equipment

During the current period of insurance at any of the premises hereby insured, provided that:

• at any one location this increase shall not exceed 10% of the total sum insured on such item;
• the Insured advise the Insurers within three months of the particulars of any such capital additions and pay
