Attendance Clause

ATTENDANCE CLAUSE #

Notwithstanding anything contained in the policy to the contrary, it is hereby noted and agreed that it is the requirement of this policy that the plants(s) and / or equipment(s) insured must not be left unattended and that the Insured is obliged to take necessary steps to safeguard the insured plant(s) and / or equipment(s).

It is further agreed that the Insurer shall not be liable for loss or damage to the insured plant(s) and / or equipment(s) and / or any part(s) thereof, including but not limited to computer panel, tyre, bucket, batteries, knives, saw blades, belts, chains, wires, cable, controller resulting from theft, robbery or an attempt thereat taking place while the insured item(s) is left unattended.
