UNDISCOVERY LOSS CLAUSE #

In consideration of additional premium as agreed with respect to shipment insured hereunder which are received at destination but not unpacked, this policy is extended to cover losses arising from perils insured against while in transit which are not ascertained until the opening of the case or container provided such opening occurs not later than 30 days after arrival at destination and in the absence of proof to the contrary, such losses are to be considered as having occurred during the voyage covered under this Policy.

Nothing contained herein. However, shall be construed to limit the coverage elsewhere provided herein.
