Sport Facilities Clause

SPORT FACILITIES CLAUSE #

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary this Policy is extended to indemnify any member of the Insured’s Staff engaged in sport and social activities who causes any accidental bodily injury to any other member or person or accidental damage to property thereof while taking part in any activity organised by the Insured.

Provided that:

1. such member is not entitled to indemnity from any other source
2. such member shall as though he were the Insured observe fulfill and be subject to the terms exceptions and conditions of this Policy so far as they can apply.
