SPARE PART CLAUSE #

It is agreed that in the event of loss or damage to the Insured vehicle

Necessitating the supply of part not obtainable from stocks held in Indonesia in the event that exercise our option to pay in cash the amount of the loss or damage the amount we will pay will be limited to:

1. The price quoted in the latest catalogue or price list issued by the manufacturer of this agent in Indonesia or; If not such catalogue or price list exists, the price list obtained at the manufacturer’s works plus the reasonable cost of transport otherwise than by air and the amount of the relative import duty.
2. The reasonable cost of fitting such part.

In all other respects the policy remains unaltered.
