Separate Earthquake Policy Clause

SEPARATE EARTHQUAKE POLICY CLAUSE #

Where another policy Is issued which cover the same property as Is insured under this policy, but Is covering other perils, then this policy Is extended to Incorporate all the properly Insured, sum Insured, term and condition that could be applied to the perils Insured therein on the same basis as applied In the other policy including but not limited to definitions, conditions, exclusions, and or sub limit where applicable.

Providing however that this clause will only apply to broaden the cover provided by this policy and not act as restriction of cover.

This clause does not apply to any loss limit or deductible where it Is Intended that specific loss limit deductible applies to this policy.
