REMOVAL OF DEBRIS CLAUSE #

It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy extends to cover costs and expenses necessarily incurred by the Insured in the removal of debris dismantling or demolishing shoring up or propping of the portions or portion of the property insured by this Policy destroyed or damaged by fire or by any other perils hereby insured against, it being understood that the total liability for claims in respect of material damage due to an insured peril and costs of removal of debris shall not exceed in the aggregate 100% of the total sum insured in respect of the property insured and affected by the fire and that in any case the total costs of removal of debris shall note exceed US$ ………. / Rp. ……….
