PREVENTION OF ACCESS #

It is agreed that loss as insured by this policy resulting from an interruption or interference with the business in consequence of the operation of a peril hereby insured in the vicinity of the property insured which shall prevent or higher the use thereof or access thereto whether the premises or property of the insured shall be lost, destroyed or damaged or not, shall be deemed to be loss resulting from the operation of a peril hereby insured.

This policy shall not be liable for any loss insured by this clause unless the hinderance or prevention of the use of the premises or access thereto exceeds a period of ………….
