Personal Property Clause

PERSONAL PROPERTY CLAUSE #

This policy extends to cover the personal property (which expression shall include, but not limited to, money and negotiable instruments) of directors, partners, proprietors and employees of the insured whilst engaged on the business of the insured anywhere in the ………………. (Republic of Indonesia or World), provided that the indemnity afforded by this clause :

1. shall be limited to an amount of ………… in respect of each person, which amount shall be separate from and additional to the limit of liability expressed in the schedule;
2. shall apply only to the extent to which such personal property not otherwise insured specifically;
3. shall not be subject to any deductible referred to in the schedule.
