MR 1239 – Special Exclusion: Outright Defects Exclusion

SPECIAL EXCLUSION: OUTRIGHT DEFECTS EXCLUSION #

This endorsement forms part of section 1a and is subject otherwise to the terms, provisions, conditions and exclusions contained in the policy of insurance or endorsed thereon.

1. Exclusion

1.1. Clause 9.1. under “Exclusions to section 1a” shall be deleted and replaced by the following wording:

“9.1. loss or damage to property insured as a result of any fault, defect, error or omission in design, plan or specification, material or workmanship;
