It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to indemnify the Insured against legal liability in respect of bodily injury and/or damage to property arising out of or in the course of loading or unloading operation from a stationary vehicle including delivery or collection of the load from or to the vehicle at the Insured premises.
