In the event of any conflict of interpretation between the various clauses and conditions contained in this Policy, the broadest and least restrictive wording to the benefit of the Insured shall always prevail.
Notwithstanding the above, this insurance shall not be affected by the failure of the Insured to comply with laws, statutes or jurisdiction which would otherwise have been a bar to any claim in respect of loss, destruction or damage.
