Immobilisation Expense Clause

IMMOBILISATION EXPENSE CLAUSE #

In the event of an indemnifiable loss or damage occurring as provided in this Policy and the Plant Machinery and Equipment so Insured becoming accidental immobilized in any physical situation where it is working the cover hereunder shall extend to include necessary cost or recovery and/or withdrawal of such item (s) but not exceeding 5% of Sum Insured maximum USD — This additional cover is catered for within the overall sum insured as shown in the Policy schedule.
