Additions, Deletions and Promotions Clause B

ADDITIONS,  DELETIONS  AND  PROMOTIONS  CLAUSE  B #

The Insurance afforded by this Policy is automatically extended to include additions or further new management employees who, by virtue of their employment are entitled to the benefits of this Policy.

Employees leaving the employ of the Insured are automatically deleted from the Policy.

Warranted that the Insured shall declare to the Company all newly hired management employees at the end of each month to pay the appropriate premium due.
