It is hereby agreed and declared that loss as insured by this section resulting from interruption of or interference with the business directly or indirectly arising from damage to any substation, transformer or similar property on or in the vicinity of the premises used by the insured shall be deemed to be loss resulting from damage to property used by the insured at the premises.
