MR 1237 – Special Exclusion: Drilling Rigs and Equipment

SPECIAL EXCLUSION: DRILLING RIGS AND EQUIPMENT #

This endorsement forms part of section 1b and is subject otherwise to the terms, provisions, conditions and exclusions contained in the policy of insurance or endorsed thereon.

1. Exclusion
   1.1. The insurer shall not indemnify the insured for loss of or damage to drill pipes, collars, rock bits, reamers, stabilizers, core barrels, logging equipment, casings and tools of all kinds while being in place below the rotary table or below ground level, unless such loss or damage results from earthquake, volcanism, tsunami, windstorm, cyclone, flood, inundation, fire, explosion or ingress of artesian water.
