It is hereby understood and agreed that in the event of the property insured being destroyed or damage the basis of indemnity shall be the replacement value of the contract materials at the time of loss up to a maximum escalation of 10 % of the contract values and the Insured shall declare to the company at the end of the contract period the actual addition premium.
