# Preventive Measure Clause

## PREVENTIVE MEASURE CLAUSE

It is hereby agreed  that in the event of actual damage  (or imminent damage) to the insured property, the Insurer will pay the reasonably costs necessary in preventing, minimising or reducing damage to the insured property.

The Insured will prove the costs were necessarily incurred immediately and urgently in an emergency.
