# Prevention of Access Clause

## PREVENTION OF ACCESS CLAUSE

It is hereby agreed that in consideration of the *payment of an additional premium* , if any property in the vicinity of the premises shall suffer destruction or damage by any peril hereby insured against which shall prevent or hinder the use of or access to the Insured\`s premises whether the premises or property of the Insured therein shall be damaged or not, the indemnity covered bythis Policy shall apply as if the destruction or damage had occurred to the premises or to the property of the Insured therein.
