Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is especially understood and agreed that in the event of the goods hereby insured or any part thereof being stored in the open yard at the port of landing (unloading) named in this policy, the insured’s liability for such goods shall be subject to institute cargo clause B only so long as they are stored, provided however that the foregoing shall not apply in case the insured having given a previous notice of such storage to the insurer and agreed to pay the additional premium required.
