# Electronic Communication Clause

## ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CLAUSE

Any electronic correspondence includin but not limited to facsimile and email between the Broker and the Insurer and/or between the Insured and the Insurer and/or between the Insured and appointed Loss Adjuster and/or between the Broker and the appointed Loss Adjuster is deemed to be a legally recognised correspondence under the Policy to which this clause is attached to.
