# Drive Away Clause

## DRIVE AWAY CLAUSE

Automobiles and/or trucks and/or tractors are covered, subject to all the terms and conditions of this policy, while being driven under their own power or in tow to the final warehouse at the said destination, but the insurer shall in no event be liable for loss of life or personal injury to any person whomsoever, or for damage to any property whatsoever except to the property hereby insured.
