# Claim Payment Clause

**CLAIM PAYMENT CLAUSE**

Insurers hereby undertake that in the event of a valid under the Policy, the Insurers will upon receipt of the final adjusters report immediately issue a discharge voucher and letter of offer. Upon receipt of the signed discharge, the Insurers undertake to remit payment promptly to the Insured.
